The Member's Mark Commercial Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner by Ecolab is recommended for use in demanding commercial foodservice environments. It can be used on most non-painted hard metal surfaces, including steel and stainless steel, but not on soft metals such as aluminum. It is not suitable for use in residential kitchens.

The 3-pack of commercial-grade cleaner is designed to be poured onto grills, ovens and into fryers. The optional foaming sprayer attachment, which is included in the package, comes in handy for cleaning vertical surfaces where pouring the cleaner directly onto them isn't possible (like the sides of grills and ovens). The sprayer is child-resistant and does not detach from the bottle once attached, in order to meet safety requirements and prevent corrosive liquid from leaking onto your hands while using the cleaner.
