The oven's INTUITIVE DIGITAL CONTROLS allow for precise temperature settings from 50°F to 500°F in 5°F increments. Unlike traditional methods that regulate temperature through on-off cycling, the Bravo's heater remains continuously active, ensuring accurate and consistent heat throughout the cooking process.

Featuring LINEAR THERMAL (LINEAR T) TECHNOLOGY, the oven accurately maintains the set temperature by constantly monitoring fluctuations and making adjustments every second to ensure perfect results.

The DUAL HEAT ZONES allow for independent control of the top and bottom heating elements, as well as the convection fan, enabling true surround cooking. This feature is particularly useful for baking the perfect pizza, allowing users to set the bottom heaters at full power and the top heaters at 30% for a crispy crust and melted cheese toppings.

The INTEGRATED SMART DIGITAL THERMOMETER constantly monitors the internal temperature of the food and automatically ends the cooking process when the desired doneness is reached. Additionally, the CARRYOVER COOKING mode compensates for the continuing heat transfer after the cooking cycle, preventing overcooking.
